  • GET ONSIDE Football

    Our weekly mental wellbeing football session, delivered with Stockport Town FC - promoting wellbeing, inclusion and independence. All abilities are welcome, male & female.

    Mondays, 6.00pm, at Stockport Sports Village, Woodley

  • BOOST Weights

    Drop-in to our weekly weight training session, where you can learn how to use free weights and machines within a safe and supportive group.

    Mondays, 11.00am at Zestus Fitness, Stockport town centre

  • BOOST Women's Boxing

    A weekly non-contact boxing session for women at Brinnington Park Life Leisure.

    A chance to learn new boxing skills and techniques and enjoy a fun wellbeing workout in the process. Beginners welcomed.

    Tuesdays 7pm at Brinnington Park Leisure Complex.

  • BOOST Boxing

    Our regular boxing-based workout for men and women, where you learn all the moves from the ‘sweet science’ and get the chance to let it all out on the bags and pads.

    Wednesdays, 11am at Zestus Fitness

  • BOOST Wellbeing with ABL Health

    A bumper session starting with a circuits class with Cheryll and followed by a discussion with ABL Health about some of the things we can do outside of the gym to improve our health and wellbeing.

    Thursdays, 10am at Zestus Fitness

    BOOST Find Your Strength

    A weekly workout which focuses more on strength building than cardio, working on our muscles and our confidence too.

    A group class which will mix it up each week, with trainer Cheryl B.

    Thursdays 7.15pm at Zestus Fitness, Town centre

  • Walk for Health - Abney Hall

    A gentle, accessible stroll around the grounds of Abney Hall in Cheadle, led by Breege and with a welcoming, supportive group.

    Tuesdays, 1.30pm at the Scout Hut cafe.

  • Vernon Park CAfe

    Walk for Health - Woodbank & Vernon Parks

    Taking in the wonderful grounds of Vernon Park and a riverside walk within Woodbank Park, this is suitable for reasonably fit people who enjoy being outside and active.

    Wednesday, 1.00pm at Vernon Park Cafe. Paid parking available.

  • Alexandra Park

    Walk for Health - Mooch and Mingle

    A friendly walking group for those with limited mobility who would like to get out and about a bit more and to meet new people in safe, supportive environment.

    Take a short walk around the reservoir or perhaps just have a brew and a chat.

    Thursdays, 12.30pm at the picnic benches, by the car park
